    When I called to book the service, the dispatch was very helpful and later that night my wife recieved a call from our driver Gary to confirm the appointment for the next morning. Gary was very friendly, professional and courteous and was very helpful with our baggage and helping us with our flight schedule. I recommend A1A for anyone.

    Have never used a more inept service with nasty customer service as this outfit My pickup at fll was totally botched Had to take a cab home because my driver never showed When I called the next day I was berrated as though it was my fault "The driver was there and you didn't show up." He paged you at the airport and there was no response." However I called the office when I landed Got a vm telling me the office was closed to leave a message and tel# and someone would call Never got a response After 30 minutes of waiting at 2 am I decided to take a cab Instead of refunding My charges I had to fight the charge with my cc company This service is the worst I've ever used

    Why would anyone who Has used car services in the past even consider these guys. They charged my credit card four weeks before the pickup sent an old car driver couldn't find my house 30 minutes late barely made my flight called to complain when I returned and was treated like a criminal by peggy the owners wife what a nasty person wouldn't use them again if they gave me a trip for free Good luck and make sure all your insurance is paid up

    took a trip recently had a driver who was clueless car beoke down on the way to the airport had to sit on 95 for 30 minutes in a broiling hot overheated car before this outfit could send another one of their clunkers to rescue us still missed my flight when i called to complain was HUNG UP ON

    All i can say is when i read the reviews i was hesitant at first but decided to book anyway. I called the number and the guy that answered the phone isnt mister friendly but he took my information and told me the driver would call me the evening before to confirm. Right on schedule Sal called me the night before and we confirmed what time for the pick up (Which was 5am). The next moring Sal showed up about 5 to 10 minutes early which was great for me. His car was new, clean and comfortable and even offered water. I dont know about the other drivers but ask for Sal, he is the best. It could not of been a more pleasurable 30 minute ride to the airport. I would use these guys again. what more is there to say.

    There town cars are old dilapidated 400,000 miles and more of mileage very poorly maintained always breaking down. The staff especially the office people are rude and argumentative. According to there own drivers they are not paid timely or fairly the vendorsbare continually not paid therefore repairs are not done timely and cars are in disrepair and dangerous. Have heard of many accidents due to cars that are old and falling apart as well as drivers who are dangerous on the road speeders agressive and always on the phone or similarly distracted had a diver who seemed as though he couldn't see properly. Would steer clear as the risk is very high not worth it at all

    had to book a sedan for my executive. They sent a van with a driver who wore way too much cologne. Ask me if i still have job.....

    We had a group of 6 going to Port of Miami and needed a ride. I called several services and the price was all the way up to $260 (one way). Two services even said there was an $80 (I think) port fee for return pickup from the port (a lie, the fee is $20 per vehicle). A1A was around $160 each way, even with included gratuity. I booked online, requested a big van (as we may have needed it for 8 if my other 2 friends wanted in), and even had the tip included into the booking fee. They said we could add the extra 2 people no problem and no extra fee. Our driver, Sal, called the night before to verify and even arrived 10 minutes early the morning of our pickup. He even brought along bottled water and sodas for us to drink, which was a nice touch. The trip to the port went well and only took about an hour.     THE DRIVERS WERE HORRIBLE AND NOT PUNCTUAL. THEY CONTINUOUSLY BAD MOUTHED THEIR OWN COMPANY AND ITS OWNER , CALLING HIM A THEIF ETC....... BY THE WAY THE OWNER IS THE ONE THAT WROTE THE PREVIOUS REVIEW - " RICKVASACE ".

    They are very professional and always on time. The drivers are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. I use them regulary for business travel. They always send me an email confirmation of my booking, and their drivers call me the night before I travel to confirm with me by phone. This avoids any mistakes and puts my mind at ease. Their drivers always show up 15 mins early and the one time they where 15 mins late they gave me a free ride. Thats what I call customer service.
