Overall, I would definitely recommend them. Very pleasant gentleman. Good value. Did what they said in the amount of time they estimated it would take. I would have liked it if they vacuumed under each vent at the end - as shown in the video - as I found small pieces of spray texture from where they ran the brush into each vent. Also, the brush they used was different than the one on the video.

Izzy got to my place exactly on schedule and performed the air duct cleaning in a very professional manner. He and his helper cleaned up everything so that no mess was left behind. They also cleaned my ceiling fans and dryer vent at no extra cost. Great job.

The genetlemen that came to my home were nice and courtious. They finished their job and cleaned up after themselves. I am very please with what they did.

My main factors for choosing A to Z was the very low price and the reviews given previously. I was not impressed. The individual vents were only vacuumed as far back as his assistant could reach with his vacuum hose. The suction on that vacuum was very weak. All the vents were not covered before each individual vent cleaning so the main vacuum that was supposed to suck out dust that was stirred up would not have worked as effectively. My wife had to vacuum up around each vent that was cleaned after they left. I had to remind them to do the dryer vent as well. They seemed in a hurry to leave. I would not recommend them to my friends.

A to Z came and cleaned my heating unit, air ducts and dryer vents (free of charge). They also provided me with excellent information and they cleaned extra areas at no cost to me. They even fixed a door on my heating unit which was open that I didn't know about. They were very courteous and respectful and they cleaned up after themselves. Overall they did an excellent job and the price I paid was more than worth it. I will definitely be hiring them again.
