I recently got a car loan with this company, made my first payment 2 weeks early, called today, and they said my loan was denied and sent back to the place I purchased the car, they were surprised I still had the car, and asked me to call the used car lot, and ask them. When I called the lot, they said, they had been paid, and that A-L had screwed something up. But still we have not been able to find out what the deal is, and I sent them a money order, but they still claim I have no loan with them, even though they mailed me a letter telling me when and what to pay them. I am refiancing ASAP, I didnt sign my name in blood, you should all do the same.

I should have read these reviews before signing up with them. I haven't even done much with them, but I am already disliking them. I get along with alot of people but I could tell from recent calls that they are not professional. Reading these reviews and I will dare for them to try calling me at work. My work does not mess around and will report them in for harrassment. Not only that but they will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Now I am regretting this decision but will spread out the work to many so that if they hear the name AL Financial, they know to not sign up with them or have anything to do with them....SO sad...

This company (so they call themselves) have NO business manners at all. They are what you call "uneducated- NO Couth whatsoever" wanna be's. They repoed my car and sent the letter after the fact the car was taken away, I was only late a week. Then they have this "employee" who we all know? ....she needs to find another line of work this is not working for her. I see from the comments that she is popular on this site and maybe she is looking for a reality show deal ? The company lacks discretion towards their customers which leads you to assume they are crooks ! Or its just another "Ponzi Scheme" to collect money however they can with no regards. This all I have to say and biting the bullet til I am all paid up !

I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM HER LAST WEEK ON THE 15TH OF FEB THE DAY MY CAR PAYMENT WAS DUE, ASKING WHERE IT WAS...I TOLD HER SHE WAS CRAZY AND SHE WOULD GET IT IN A DAY OR TWO. I HUNG UP ON HER..THEY REPOSESSED MY CAR 6 MONTHS AGO FOR MY CAR PAYMENT BEING 10DAYS LATE. i CALLED THEM AM EXPLAINED I WOULD BE LATE THE DAY BEFORE THE REPO. I WAS TOLD EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND TO BRING THE PAYMENT IN 2 DAYS LATER LKE WE HAD AGREED. I WAS OUTSIDE MY NEW NEIGHBORHOOD THAT I JUST MOVED INTO, AND MY CAR WAS BEING HOOKED UP TO A TOW TRUCK. i TOLD THE GUY ABOUT MY ARRANGEMENTS AND HE TOLD ME HE DIDN'T CARE AND IT WASN'T HIS PROBLEM. THE NEXT DAY I CALLED A-L AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED. AL financial is a nightmare to do business with! Their interest rates are high, their staff is rude and unprofessional, and they harass you at your home and place of work if you are even one day late with your car payment. They do not have a website or voicemail. They constantly threaten to repossess your car, even if you make your payment each month. They ask intrusive questions about your private life and finances, and they even call and make threats on holidays! They open late, and close early when they feel like it, so you may drive across town to make your payment, and find that they have decided to call it an early day. I wish I had never signed a contract with them, and can't wait to pay off my car so I never have to deal with them again! No matter how desperate you may be for a car loan, never sign a contract with AL!!!!!
