I get response right away, but I do have a maintinence contract. All of my calls are answered and responded to in a timely manner. Sorry you had a bad experience, but they are great guys and get the job done in a timely manner and cost efficient.

Worst customer service ever. I call every day to schedule our air conditioner to be repaired, every day they PROMISE that someone will come "tomorrow morning" and ever day I have to call again. This fun game has been happening for a week now and still no one has come to fix our air conditioner. Incredible.
