About 4 years ago I lost my husband to a tragic accident. I was not prepared for how upside down my life would become after that. I had no choice but to file bankruptcy. It was a horrible decision and I was scared to death but the staff at Frank Sorrentino’s office was so kind and understanding and really helped me through all the paperwork and signing and made it so easy. Everyone was warning me that bankruptcies now were almost impossible and Frank Sorrentino's staff made it seem so easy. It has now been about 3 1/2 years since my bankruptcy went through and life couldn't be better. I received 2 credit cards with 0% interest for 6 months and no annual fees. My fico score is at 700 and I have to throw away all the offers I am getting for more credit cards. I was told that my credit would be horrible for 7 years after I filed bankruptcy. My friends are so jealous because now my credit is beter than theirs. Also, at the end of my bankruptcy a credit card company was disputing ... Read more

A FRANK SORRENTINO BANKRUPTCY ATTORNEY, LAS VEGAS NEVADA From the moment i walked in their office staff was Un-Professional, and Rude!!! The atttorney associate that i meet with was not experienced and coud not answer the questions that i had asked him?? Now, tell me how i had the answer to my own questions, but he did not??? Also, he said he was not sure if i fell into the MEANS TEST, but i already knew i fell well under the MEANS TEST!! They do NOT have your best interest at all!! WOW..... No wonder they only were going to charge me $1,060.00.... TO DO NOTHING!!! I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS BANKRUPTCY FIRM! THEY HAVE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF NEW, INEXPERIENCED, STRAIGHT OUT OF COLLEGE ATTORNEYS WHO DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!

If you want to give someone a thousand dollars to have them do absolutely nothing then Frank is your man. If you want to have an actual lawyer work on your case I would call someone else. If you have any problems with this law firm please contact the state bar of nevada at [email protected]. or call (702) 382-2200

I went into the Frank Sorrentino Law office located on Jones Ave in las Vegas NV. hoping for a chapter 7, paid the 1,100.00 on one visit. Two weeks later I was then told I required a Chapter 13 due to my means test. After another appt two weeks later and going through my signing apt I noticed in the paperwork about the additional fees I was not advised about at anytime during any of my appointments nor was I advised that the payment would be applied to the now 4,400 fee. (Please read below for additional comments) Also the Jones office is not aware of the disabled veteran as described in 38 USC 3741(1) and 10 USC 101(d)(1) nor were they aware of the Service members Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Without being aware of neither this Act nor the wanting to research it made me concerned about their concern about me and my future finances for the coming years, instead their interest was in making the mighty dollar at my expense. So I no longer felt comfortable with their process and practic... Read more

Unfortunately, one star is as low as you can go on this site. The first contact with this law office was ok, then things went downhill. They were slow at returning calls, unwilling to go into detail in regards to some of the issues in my case....and didn't bother to notify parties that needed to know that I had even filed. Will be filing a complaint with the bar association..
