I was impressed not only with their crisp white shirts, neat, clean clothes and grooming, but also their work ethics and how polite they were. We were completely satisfied with the job and feel confident they would take care of us should any problem arise in the future. It was wonderful to work with professionals who arrived on time and as promised. The boss followed up by making a personal visit to our home and inspecting the work.

After calling around town, looking for someone to give a free estimate, A-Bear answered!!! They sent a very friendly young man, Scott, who genuinely cared and wanted to help us. Within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem, had the part on hand, fixed it, and charged us a VERY FAIR PRICE! Red Rock Mechanical wanted to charge $91.00 just to make an appointment. Lord knows what they would have charged to fix it. There are so many businesses out there who are taking advantage of helpless people just because it is the middle of July. Thank goodness there are trustworthy companies out there like this one. I don't usually type reviews, so I hope this helps someone save the headache and sweat of hiring a different company.

I would highly reccomend A-Bear Plumbing to everyone. On Christmas Eve, after picking up relatives from the airport, we arrived at our home only to find our basement was flooded. Our waterheater had bursted and was leaking everywhere. We called numerous companies from the phone book, of course no one was answering, we finally got ahold of a live person at A-Bear! Dave answered the phone and sent Jim out right away, Jim was very couteous and knowledable. He brought out a pump, pumped out the water, replaced the water heater, and set some floor fans to start drying out our carpet. On christmas day he called to check on us. WOW, to find such a company that cares! Here in Vegas?! Thank you A-Bear< You saved our Christmas!!!

I called A-Bear after normal business hours. They not only answered their own phones (no answering service here) they came out late at night and took care of my emergency. I had sewage coming out of a sewer line due to a blockage. They were able to fix my problem at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They took advantage and gave an outrageous quote to someone who didn't know better. Had to be called back out twice to complete the job correctly. Asked to sign "authorization of work" line before ever filling out the invoice. Wont use again
