A 1 Concrete Leveling

A-1 Concrete Leveling & Foundation Repair- North Pittsburgh successfully completed a foundation project at my personal residence in Cranberry, PA in Oct. of 2008. The company raised a corner of the house and waterproofed the wall. The company was informative during the estimate/bid process and delivered on thier promises which saved me over two thousand dollars vs. the other two bids I received. My wife and I highly recommend the company.

Foundation repair done 4 months ago. Garage is still leaking and now moderate leaks in basement. Used sub-contractor for trenching.

The man from A1 Concret Leveling wanted $3000 to level the entire driveway but all I need was one slap lifted to get a few more years out of the driveway.He was reluctant to bid on just one slab but gave a written bid of $600 to lift on slab. I feel this is too high. He states they can do an entire driveway in one day, so I figure they can one slab in a couple of hours. I feel they job is worth around $400 so I am still looking for someone to do the job.
