I had my Lap-Band done there and my experience was a complete opposite of the review below! Not only my doctor prepared me well for what will happen just before and after the surgery, all other staff members were very friendly and informative. The person who was dealing with my insurance did all paperwork and told me exactly what to bring and how much money I will have to pay (no nasty surprises here). My nurse and anesthesiologist were very friendly and patient with me (special thanks to Rosana :)). Thanks guys for taking care of me! ;)

I have an amazing surgeon who scheduled me at this surgery center to have a septoplasty and very minor rhinoplasty (only dorsum, i.e. the bump which was to take like 30 min). Since it was a mixed case, part of the expense was to be billed to insurance and part to be paid for by me. The Dr's office called me and informed me that the surgical center was going to call me for payment of the $990 for the cosmetic portion of the procedure. When the surgical center called, they quoted me a different price of like $100 more, so I said they must be mistaken and told them to call the Dr.'s office. They did and accepted the $990 as payment. The day of surgery, they told me everything was fine but they needed a credit card in case there were time overcharges. I didn't want to give them my card but the woman at the front desk kept insisting.
