    So, BJP on the "few occassions you have had to use our store" you state that you have spent "thousands of dollars" despite the rudeness, indifference and overpricing that you have had to endure. The actual truth about your spending pattern is as follows, on the 4th May 2005, yes 2005, you shipped two items to the value of $50. 44 at 4:49 in the afternoon, so please send check for the balance! (You are sure you are complaining about the right store?) We do have customers that spend many thousands of dollars in the store...you aint one of em! Five years ago we rented the space we are in from Amstar the company that pays your salary, a space that had been empty for many years prior.     I have to agree with the first user comment and rating. I have to give one star, but they don't deserve it. When I first started working in Independence Plaza I was unaware of the drop off station that they have located by the security office. So, I would walk the packages over to their store. But, every time I was in there I would wait patiently for it to be my turn, smile and ask if I could leave this with them for pick up, but they wouldn't respond and just point to where they wanted me to leave it. If they didn't want to take the FedEx packages for delivery then why didn't they just say that and direct me to drop off boxes. Why do they have to completely ignore me or treat me as if I am bothering them. I even thought, well maybe they are just having a bad day...give them another chance. But, after 3 months of inexcusable rudeness and unprofessionalism I now avoid them completely and deal with FedEx directly so that I don't have to feel like I'm not a worthy customer.     I guess you will have to decide for yourself when it comes to 16th Street mailing. I personally think this establishment is rude, unhelpful and not worth my time. Good Luck, but I just made my own fed ex account so I wouldn't have to deal with them!

    I cannot believe that I have read this review, 16th Street Mailing & Shipping Center offers the BEST customer service that I have ever experienced. I guess this review has been written by one of those customers that expects everything for FREE and when they don't get it they get angry and write reviews like this. I would think that 16th Street Mailing & Shipping Center are better off without you. These guys go out of their way to be helpful, as well as being professional at all times.

    This business receives ZERO stars from me as I have never been pleased with their level of service, but Citysearch requires you to give at least one star. I have used them several times due to the convenience factor as they are located in my building. Quite frankly that is the only positive thing I can say about 16th Street Mailing & Shipping Center - it is conveniently located for anyone who has an office in Independence Plaza. On each occasion that I have utilized their service (if you can call it that) they have made a point of NOT going out of their way... they have provided a minimal level of service and at times the owners have been downright rude. If there is a service they don't offer they make no effort to assist customers with alternative options and come across with a "take it or leave it" attitude. Well I am leaving it!
