My son was having a problem with the keyboard on his new laptop. We had spoken to the manufacturer several times about having it looked at under warranty but it was taking forever for them to respond. He was leaving for the military and I was getting worried I would not have the computer repaired or returned in time to ship to him when he was ready for it. My son brought the laptop to another repair service near our home before he left and they were a nightmare to deal with. They returned the laptop to me without repairing it and in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I found The Inspectors Computer Services online, took a chance and called and I am so glad I did!! Royce is so friendly and professional. Not only did he fix the laptop quickly but did so at such a reasonable price! I am so glad I found The Inspectors Computer Services! This is where I'm calling with all of my computer needs in the future and will be recommending them to everyone!
