Monster.com 1

I was a customer of Monster.com from the business side. What once was a cutting edge company has grown too large for its own good. They are nice people, but completely incompetent when it comes to the regulations that companies need to comply with. They can't even provide reports in the way a company requests them to. If you are someone who is looking for a job through Monster, good luck! You will get lost in the quagmire of data that they can't even report on or look at themselves. Go to CareerBuilder instead!!!
