If I find a posting on monster.com, I immediately go to careerbuilder.com, or to the companys website to see if I can apply for the position on another job board or on the company website. Monster.com is extremely cumbersome ad difficult to use, compared to CareerBuilder. Formatting is lost, account information has to be input again and again...the list goes on and on. It is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!
