Damn, this is my kind of place. ;Big long tables and boots of beer, sausage, and that crazy tuba driven Oktoberfest music.

The menu is almost entirely Schnitzel (breaded meat) and sausage with potatoes, lentils, and blow a hole in your sinus mustard.

For our group, there was a moment when a light switch got flicked. One moment we're having a nice dinner, and the next moment, the tuba starts blasting, the crazy German owner started chugging steins of beer and dancing around, and the next thing you know we're all really fired up and deciding to stay at Schnitzel Haus instead of continuing on to a bar.

It's just a warm, friendly, cozy, high energy place. It really feels like you've up and gone to Germany.

The only downer on my evening was the stream of text messages from my brother alerting me that the Phils' were meekly bowing out in Colorado.
