Poorly designed user interface, Monster constantly attemps to sell premium services and third-party products. Posting my resume on Monster has resulted in receiving many email from employment and other agencies trying to sell their services and emails from questionable firms. Monster.com is a complete waste of time. I recommend individuals identify employers they are interested in and pursue career opportunities directly through employer sites.
