What a great food; no chemical preservatives, good price and the dogs love it!

A friend recommended this food after I was complaining about our dog food prices going up this year. She gave me a zip lock baggie full of Precise Foundation. This is a chicken & rice dry food, 24% protein, 14% fat and 3.50% crude fiber. The top 5 ingredients are chicken meal, brown rice, rice bran, chicken fat and ground oats. The Foundation food is designed for moderately active adult dogs. The company makes several other formulations to fit your particular dog food requirement.

That evening, I replaced a quarter cup of the normal food they eat with Precise Foundation. They love it and so do I: At a little over 400 calories a cup I find I need to feed much less than the old food. We are now completely feeding Precise dog food and couldn't be more satisfied.

To sum it up, Precise Foundation dog food is a basic, healthy adult dog food, made with no dangerous preservatives that my dogs do great on and this is precisely what I want.

Review Icon lucy2 reviewed Nexxus in Shampoo Brands:
I recently purchased a Nexxus product called Serum Y. While in the waiting room of the dentist's office, I was flipping through a fashion magazine and the editor's review of Serum Y and the restoration of lifeless, frazzled hair seemed like just the thing for me to try. ( I assumed the "Y" stood for "younger" and it does)

My local drugstore just happened to have a small spray bottle of serum "Y" and I purchased it that very day and now I am wondering why I hadn't come across this product sooner. This is the perfect conditioner for my fine, blonde, slightly damaged hair. The directions say to spray on damp hair and style as usual and then spray again when dry. I only spray before styling and get amazing results. It actually smooths my hair and gives body, too and the plus side is I only need to use a few spritzes and work it in so I save on product use (and most people would think serum Y is expensive, but in this case it is worth it)

I recommend serum "Y" for those people who have drier, limp hair or for people just wanting to have fabulous looking hair.

It has a strange after taste to me that seems to upset my stomach. I don't use it much (in 2 cups of coffee) but from reading, I have found that Stevia is one of the safest sweeteners out there. I doubt I will buy it again, though.

Maui at the Grand Wialeah is by far the prettiest beach I've ever been on: really white sand and the clear blue ocean. After a refreshing dip on a hot day, there was nothing more breathtaking than sitting on a lounge chair watching a beautiful sunset.

I ordered a foundation and lipstick from Bobbi Brown online. Afterward, I read some of the reviews of the color of lipstick and the majority stated it was a good color for someone with a warm skin tone. I have cool coloring and know that an orange color will not be flattering on me so I called immediately (within a half hour of placing the order) to change the lipstick to a different color (same price) The woman who answered my call at customer service said I could absolutely not exchange the lipstick for another one and that I would have to send it back when it came. There were no other options. I was very disappointed that they could not accomodate a simple exchange a half hour after the order was placed and feel their rigid policies are not a good way to deal with returning customers.

All I can say is WOW. My friends and I took a road trip to Goshen Indiana to tour the art galleries in downtown Goshen. After a long day, we asked an employee of a gallery on S. Main street where we could sit down and have a good dinner before our long drive home. He recommended a place called Kelly Jae's Cafe, a place that specializes in Tapas.
I've had Tapas a few times so I was familiar with the menu of the various small portions of meats, fish and vegetables that you can select either as a light meal, snack or heavy dinner all depending on your choice.

Our pleasant hostess led us into a contemporary open dining area with Caribbean art on the walls and warm wood floors. I started out with an autumn apple salad that consisted of matchstick sliced apples, squash and sharp cheddar cheese cubes with a mellow dressing. I then had had Asian chicken skewers that arrived in a clever chinese take- out container. My 2 friends enjoyed their lamb chops and very fresh vegetables (I don't eat lamb but noticed only bones remained on the plates) For dessert, we shared a couple of apple tarts with warm caramel sauce and coffee ice cream atop.

This is one of the best restaurants I've eaten at! Next time I eat at Kelly Jae's I have to try the baked brie they listed as an appetizer and maybe the chocolate fudge cake for dessert; only this time I am not sharing!

My biggest addiction in foods is French Fries but I now substitute home-made popcorn sprinkled with southwest seasoning, instead due to the lower calories and guilt factor.

We were at a friend's home for dinner one night and he served Graeter's strawberry ice cream for dessert. I thought it was very "home made" tasting; very, very rich and creamy. It's the kind of ice cream where one scoop is almost too much. I later saw it in our local grocery store and flipped at the price! If you are an ice cream aficiondo I suppose it would be worth it for a special occasion or a once in a while indulgence, but not worth it for making sundaes for the kids or drowning one's sorrows with a whole pint of ice cream on a Saturday night home.

The holidays are long gone and spring seems so far away. All I see is white and it's too cold. All I want to do is eat. Even candy at Valentine's Day is gone in 2 days. February is the worst month for me.
