I am a proud, born-again lover of Christ. However, Jesus wasn't a Christian, and too often, we modern day Christians give Christianity a bad name. The problem is in the word "religion". Jesus didn't practice religion. He lived in a certain manner, and he told us to follow His ways, not a religion. Religion is a binding and restrictive word meant to divide and separate. Jesus taught about love and acceptance and faith. I don't see that much among Christians today and in the past, but it isn't the fault of the faith. It's the fault of the faulty people who take the Lord's Name in vain.
