I have a addiction to this store-its no joke! I have around 30 full size lotions, sprays and pocketbacs. I never buy anything full price because it's so darn expensive, so I get it on sale. The scents are OK, but I have like, only five that I truely enjoy. The Customer service is nice, but sometimes they bother you to much, saying 'have you found everything okay?' or 'have you tried this new scent yet?'-it gets pretty annoying.

Bath and Body Works products have been my saving grace. I have been plagued with dry skin for most of my life. With the lotions and scrubs carried by Bath and Body Works I have been able to have soft moisturized skin.

I think that Bath & Body Works lotions are only ok. I think they are too heavily perfumed. I feel that B&BW focuses too much on the scent and not the actual lotion.

I coudn't agree more with Lena. I can't bring myself to use the lotions because I feel like it will burn due to the fact it's so saturated with fragrance. I do though like the body sprays more so than the lotions or skin products. Just one little spray is good and I think they have some good classic scents. But, I try to stay away from Bath and Body Works lotions.

So over-fragranced they're practically gag-worthy, Bath & Body Works Lotions are like the Yankee Candle of skin moisturization. The scents are more toxic than natural, despite the fact that their names are often a combination of flowers, fruit or spices. If they toned down the potency, the smell would likely be more tolerable. As is, I can't even speak to the quality of the lotion because I won't subject the noses of myself or those around me to the pungent onslaught that accompanies the usage of this line of lotions.

Some Bath & Body Works scents are so obnoxious that I have gotten instant migraines just from walking past the store at the mall. I have tried various Bath & Body Works lotions at friends' houses and I find that their focus is more on fragrance than on moisturizing. I really don't think they're worth the money unless you really like one of their scents and want to smell like it all day.

Good products but not the best in its price range.

Bath & Body Works lotions and moisturizers are not the highest quality in my opinion but they are fun to use and the variety of scents is just wonderful. I use a higher quality or 'deeper' moisturizer at night but I love Bath & Body Works moisturizers for a light daytime moisturizer. I keep bottles and tubes of their lotions in several places including by my computer, favorite TV chair, and in the car. I also keep a bottle near the kitchen sink and try to rub a light coating on the backs of my hands after washing them or doing dishes. There are many different scents available and all I have tried have been delicious!
