I liked this song not just for music in Rocky IV but as a song as overall. As always James Brown sung this song with energy and made the song come alive with his energy

It's all right I guess, though of course it pales in comparison to Brown's material from his prime, which is understandable as Brown was well into his 50's by the time of this final big hit,and had started behaving like a kind of mentor for Rick James.
