in my opinion the second strongest/best of grizzlys flavors. i have a problem with strights sometimes i love it sumtimes i hate it, today its a in between feeling but anyways grizz straight is jam packed with nicotine and is pretty moist, the flavor is very strong but aint as strong as kodiak straight but similar, its spicy and smoky and strong it definitely aint for beginners so buy a can maybe youll like it maybe you wont but give it multiple tries if you dont like it, its something that would grow on you

i just bought a can of this product. i thought it was great minus the fact that it turned into mushy oatmeal shit after 5 minutes. if you experience this problem just work it up onto your tounge and chew it a little bit and it will solidify. great product. good taste. still like copenhagen better overall grizzly straight gets 4 of 5 stars.

Despite all the negative reviews, I thought Grizzly Straight was great. While wintergreen is still my favorite, this dip did give me good tobacco satisfaction with its mellow hints of smoke and spice. Like all Grizzly flavors, it packs really well and has a fresh, moist taste just the way I like. Of course, this dip is not going to be everyone's favorite choice. But I certainly enjoyed it.

the one grizzly flavor i don't like. i'm biased though because i've come to the realization that i simply hate all straight dips. i think they all taste like sugary asshole and smell like a sweetened burnt turd. simply haaaaaaaarrrribal. that being said, grizzly is still fucking awesome and has plenty of other kick ass products.

aiightt. just put in a dip of this earlier... grizz straight is pretty damn good... this is a case in which you really do love your tobacco flavor. signature moist and perfect packin grizz in an original flavor.

i have been chewing for 4 years. I started chewing grizzly wintergreen, then i moved to skol, then moved to husky, the past 6 months i have been chewing GRIZZLY STRAIGHT and may i just say that this is the shit. Grizzly straight is the best thing iv ever put in my lip. If the store is all sold out of straight then i like to grab a nice bag of beech-nit, best thing to hold me over.

Straights are my bread and butter, they're what I prefer to dip 90 percent of the time. Grizz straight is one of my all time favorites because it's cheap, has a nice mellow flavor, and lasts waaaaay longer than skoal straight. I've had Skoal straight, and though I'll admit it tastes better, the flavor lasts two seconds. Grizz on the other hand keeps up for a real long time, and mellows me out quite nicely. This is the only cheap straight i can think of that is clearly better than a premium straight on multiple levels.

The first thing I ever dipped was Skoal Wintergreen. I loved it! Then went through a few cans and just got tired of it, it made me sick. After that I started rotating all the Skoal flavors, cherry, berry, apple, citrus, etc. I loved the taste of them but they just get old to me. I also stopped getting any buzz from them unless i put the whole damn can in my mouth. Then i did Griz wintergreen, not a big fan of the taste. Then i tried grizzly straight and fell in love, its all i do! It tastes perfect and gives me a good kick every time. I recommend it to everyone!

I don't know, I think its just me. I have dipped grizzly straight many of times, I hate EVERYTHING about straight. I hate the smell, the taste, the feel, everything. If i get a wiff of how it smells it makes me throw up, I don't know. I perfer chewing levi garrett. Im more into dipping stuff that has a sweet flavor. I don't like the taste of wintergreen either. I like mint a little, but Grizz makes me barf. I wonder if copenhagen tastes like grizz, because if it does then fuck it. I know it sounds pussy, but i do like citrus. I will take Levi Garrett over anything though. Havn't tryed southern pride or redman golden.

Ive had skoal, ive had cope, ive had griz long cut mint and wintergreen, I prefer this, it has a slight mintyness naturally, is moist, packs excellent and tastes great with a slight mintyness, Grizzly Long Cut Straight is the best!

I really enjoy grizzly straight! I went with all of the shitty skoal fruity flavors for a while and i just got bored of them so easily. Grizz is pretty strong dip and its so cheap compared to skoal and cope, i think it's the best.

I used Skoal long cut straight for years until the price got so ridiculous. I switched over to Grizzly about 10 or more years ago and that's all I use now. I prefer it over Skoal now, which costs more than twice the price of Grizzly.

I was just wondering if anyone ever noticed the single digit number underneath the label. My friends and I just for fun rate the tin off of the number. It then got me thinking of why there would be a hidden number. Is there a real reason for this? If anyone knows I would love to hear the answer. Until then I will just keep on packing lips.

Not that bad at all.  I've dipped on occasion before, but only casually whenever my friend had a tin. I normally smoke camel filters, but was getting a cough from a cold that I had that smoking only made worse.  Because of this, I decided to grab a tin.  Grizzly Straight Long Cut is cheap around here, which I love; it's less than half the price of a pack of cigarettes. The flavor is very strong.  Because it doesn't have any flavoring added to it, it smells and tastes strongly like regular tobacco, which is something I like.  Grizzly Mint made me feel like I had winterfresh gum digging into my gums.  If you enjoy the taste and smell of tobacco, definitely get Grizzly Straight Long Cut.  It can smell a little bitter as well as taste bitter if it touches your tongue, but if you just keep it pouched up it should be any enjoyable, somewhat tasty experience.  edit: Also: hits you pretty hard.  Very nice feeling.  If you're a regular smoker like me and don't dip regularly...holy sweet j... First Straight i've had that doesn't taste like shit or make you wanna throw the shit after half a can, pretty good, good taste. Cheap. Even if you don't get buzzed it's not a waste. But you do.

For any pro dipper, Grizzly Straight is the way to go! I love straight more than Mint! I will buy Straight everytime! Unless its sold out I have to stick with Mint.... If you're a beginner, I would hold out on using Straight until you have enough experience dipping because this shit is STRONG! You will get a MAJOR buzz off of this if you start out using Straight! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Grizzly straight is the only way to go in terms of straight flavored smokeless. All straight flavors taste a lot alike so why not choose the one that is cheap, packs the best, is longest cut and gives the best buzz? Grizzly is definetly the way to go.

well, I tried grizzly straight and I must say... yes. it was a little stronger than copenhagen long cut... BUT. wow. Huge difference. Taste is mediocore at best. Granted, it's $3-4 cheaper, but when I ran out, I bought some cope. It was like Drinking Johnny Walker Blue after drinking cheap scotch. Would probably not buy it again unless we fell into another depression... and I guess we're not too far away.
