He's a good coach, and his basketball ideology (front the post, shoot the three, space the court) has been proven to work. Don't expect him to be easy to work with (he won't be), or to be nice to the media (he's kind of a dick). But if you're looking for a good basketball coach - which I assume Indiana is - he was probably the best available.
