I've owned many pairs over the years. After the service I was partial to Wellco's, but Danner's are awesome too. They take a beating, are comfy and waterproof. The lady with the poor review is not being truthful or is mistaking (why can't your husband write his own review???). I had a sole start to come off a pair 3 years ago, after they were over a year old. They took them back, repaired them, refinished them fixed some of the eyes, cleaned them up real nice and sent them back. I did have to pay shipping - but its same with any product from electrical gear to firearms - you gota pay the shipping. Anyways, that broad is a dope. Danner's are worth every penny.

You can pay to send them into us and we will look them over, but there is no guarantee that we will replace them, and you are responsible for paying shipping both ways." We never bothered. Thankfully, the store that we bought them fr... Read more
