	ugtr (7) 07/08/2007	I've never pulled a dine and dash but I'm sure it is unpleasant for the server who has to foot the bill. However, in cases of extremely bad customer service, I have made motions toward the door in order to get my bill quicker. It's amazing how you suddenly become #1 on a terrible servers priority list when you start putting on your coat and strolling toward the entrance. I've never done this in an establishment that was exceptionally busy, only in cases where my server has spent the last 15 minutes flirting with her boyfriend while I wait patiently for my bill.
