06/27/2008 | A little bland compared to France or Italy, and much, much, much more expensive. Still, Switzerland is a great place for hiking or winter sports, and has retained a unique tribal culture (despite differences of religion and language) that is far more interesting than what little I've seen of the Scandinavian countries.
