I think that XRentDVD for hetero videos is one of the best. But for gay dvds they don't quite cut it. Overall i am very pleased with them, they have a great selection of dvds, the shipment is excellent for i live on the east coast and i get them in 2-3 days max, plus the turnaround is the same (2-3 days). Customer service is excellent, i don't have any complaints. . . .

Avoid, instead try Bushdvd or Sugardvd. Customer service is a joke. XrentDVD has a great selection, but their business practice is fraudulent. They cancelled my membership 1 week before 1 month period because I "already rented too many dvds". They actually penalized me for quick shipping time and return.

Oh my goodness! I WISH I had found these reviews before I wasted $35 on their crap service. The have a lot of DVDs listed in their catalog, but almost nothing is ever available for check out. Their shipping time is a joke where it takes over a week both ways. Oh and if there is a shipping error, they'll take 3 days before they even do anything (opposed to Blockbuster or Netflix who take care of it either the day of or next day of business) to correct the situation. If you're gay or bi and want to rent some of their guy on guy movies, 90% of them are not eligible for their rental service without paying $25 for the privilege of being told they don't have any copies.

Way too many "lost" DVDs whether it be them not receiving the ones I'd sent, or them delivering the ones I requested -- I won't be using them anymore....

XRentDVD has several customer service issues, I increased my selections recieved hoping to obtain the number 1 selection in the Queue, after waiting for over a month I still did not recieve my selection. The processing/shipping department and customer service do not work as a team, so the customer suffers. Things work well the first couple of months, then it's a nightmare. Moreover they never make the effort to communicate with you as a person, no matter what the problem is they have pre-written responses to cover any situation. Internal issues at their company has cause several untimely delays. Selection is OK, but their top rental/sale lists are interraical themed. I will NEVER rent from them aqain they have operational and other issues, SLOW.

Rented from them for about 2 years now , off and on. In that time only 1 disc has arrive damaged . Good selection of movies. Timely adding of many new releases. Ive tried some of the other sites and xrentdvd beats them hands down.

This is the best adult rental site out there. Even though I live on the east coast, I still get my movies in 3 days. They have over 35,000 titles with over 100 studios to choose from with just about every genre imaginable. They upgrade new movies all the time and you can have up to 1,000 movie selections in your queue at one time. I've been with them now for over 2 years and have had little problems. My suggestion is to rent from XRentDVD.

All in all, the best adult rental service we've tried. Although their selection could be a little better - I'd say it's about average - XrentDVD beats AdultDVDempire, UrentDVDs, SugarDVD, Intelliflix, etc. in almost every other category. Shipping times are fast. I live in NJ and they are in California, and DVDs consistently took 3 days - rarely a bit longer - each way. Very few defective discs, relative to the others, good customer service, discreet mailers, few discs getting "lost" or delayed in the mail, etc. XrentDVD is a bit more expensive than most other services (you get what you pay for) and there is no mechanism to review DVDs, but that's minor.
