The numbers weren't great for Peyton Manning, but he did what he had to do to win the game. He overcame a shaky start and took advantage of a defensive mistake by the Bears to find Reggie Wayne for the big touchdown. In the second half he stayed away from the risky passes, and made only smart throws with the football. He knew his team could win by dumping the ball off and grabbing 5 yards at a time, and it seems like exactly what he did. This win means that Dan Marino is still the best quarterback to have not won a Super Bowl.2
