As far as I'm concerned, this is the HOLY GRAIL of hot sauces. It comes in a big squeeze bottle, and it's addictive. It's great on so many dishes, from pork or chicken to veggie stuff like beans & rice,or on eggs,sandwiches,etc.... it's definately NOT for lightweights when it comes to heat, but it's got FLAVOR that can't be beat.

I have to rate this sauce five stars just for its versatility. Pasta, potatoes, rice, soups, meat dishes, side dishes, peanut butter sandwiches...if you ever put black pepper, hot sauce, or ketchup on it, this sauce will quickly find it's way on top. Medium heat.

I nice staple for oriental food lovers. It is not the best of the best, but it is the katsup of the asian world. It is a little on the salty side which is the only reason I don't rate it 5 of 5. I recommend this to anyone who has not tried it. I keep a bottle in my fridge at all times, and use it often.

If this the Rooster Sauce that everyone's been talking about, then I sure think it's up there as one of the tastiest. As a garlic lover myself, I rarely go with a sauce that doesn't contain garlic. This sauce is good for dipping, and also to be mixed in the Vietnamese and Chinese noodle soups. I fancy this to be an excellent sauce for making spicy chicken wings also.

Excellent stuff, with a wide range of options. Cheap too. Where I live you get a huge bottle of this for about three bucks.

Also known as Cock Sauce or Flaming Rooster Sauce. This is very good with rice and chicken or rice and pork. Oddly, not so good on popcorn - Valentina sauce works better for that. The Sirracha Hot Chili Sauce page on Facebook has like 100K fans, so they are doing something right.

This garlic and chilli sauce is medium hot. It has a decent heat and a strong garlic flavour. The texture is thickish, a little thinner than ketchup. Me being a garlic freak in addition to being a chilli freak tend to use it as a condiment left, right and center - much to the dismay of my workmates.
