 | oscargamblesfro (76) 01/24/2007 | 3.5 Ridiculous lyrics about a woman who can start fires like the little girl in King's "Firestarter," or at least that's what it appears to be about-I can't make heads or tails out of this nonsense from a lyrical standpoint. The track has an exciting enough opening, and a pretty decent riff, and Blackmore's guitar work and Lord's keyboards are solid. The third version of Deep Purple had their moments on tracks like this, though a lot of their output in the mid 70's was mediocre or bad forays into r&b-; influenced rock, tepid ballads, and proto arena- rock of the harder variety.
