Overall a very good experience, service was good and the delivery was super fast, I am most happy with the quality of the dress, the lace looks very expensive and all the lining, boning has been made extremely well!

Physics: Albert Einstein's Theory of RelativitySimplifying the Metaphysics of Einstein's Special and General RelativityAlbert Einstein's Theory of Relativity - Physics constitutes a logical system of thought which is in a state of evolution, whose basis (principles) cannot be distilled, as it were, from experience by an inductive method, but can only be arrived at by free invention.(Albert Einstein, 1936) When forced to summarize the general theory of relativity in one sentence:Time and space and gravitation have no separate existence from matter.(Albert Einstein)Albert Einstein's Theory of Relativity - Evolution is proceeding in the direction of increasing simplicity of the logical basis (principles). .. We must always be ready to change these notions - that is to say, the axiomatic basis of physics - in order to do justice to perceived facts in the most perfect way logically.(Albert Einstein,1936)Physical objects are not in space, but these objects are spatially extended (as fields). In this way the concept 'empty space' loses its meaning. ... The field thus becomes an irreducible element of physical description, irreducible in the same sense as the concept of matter (particles) in the theory of Newton. ... The physical reality of space is represented by a field whose components are continuous functions of four independent variables - the co-ordinates of space and time. Since the theory of general relativity implies the representation of physical reality by a continuous field, the concept of particles or material points cannot play a fundamental part, nor can the concept of motion. The particle can only appear as a limited region in space in which the field strength or the energy density are particularly high. (Albert Einstein, Metaphysics of Relativity, 1950)Albert Einstein's Theory of Relativity - I hold it true that pure thought can grasp reality, as the ancients dreamed. (Albert Einstein, 1954) Physics constitutes a logical system of thought which is in a state of evolution, whose basis (principles) cannot be distilled, as it were, from experience by an inductive method, but can only be arrived at by free invention. The justification (truth content) of the system rests in the verification of the derived propositions (a priori/logical truths) by sense experiences (a posteriori/empirical truths). ... Evolution is proceeding in the direction of increasing simplicity of the logical basis (principles). .. We must always be ready to change these notions - that is to say, the axiomatic basis of physics - in order to do justice to perceived facts in the most perfect way logically. Oh, ghee, I'm sorry. I thought the sign on the door said "RIA". I'm really sorry. I'll knock next time. Bye.

I like the site a lot, in fact it's my favorites on the net.

After stumbling upon this site I've had a fun time here. After spending three years on Wikipedia I can finally write about how I feel about things in my own words and not have what I've written changed by the next person who might disagree.

I think I've been on this one before...UPDATE: On the ups, you really can talk about anything you like here and some of you motherfuckers are about the funniest people I've had the good fortune to bullshit with. On the downs, there really are some mindbogglingly stupid people that come around, but we have ways of dealing with that, ranging from ridicule to the wonderful sounds of silence. Despite those sorts of idiots I still think we come in well above the retarded average of the internet. Thumbs up to most of you and middle fingers for the rest.

Costa Rica is a truly amazing country, and the homestay program is definitely the only way to really experience the tico way of life, as well as learning loads of Spanish. My stay with my Costa Rican family was the best time of my life - it was all I could have hoped for and more. I visited so many different places and made friends for life, I would recommend it to anyone wanting to experience a different culture and learn a new language. Keep up the good work guys... Liz :-)

Costa Rica Homestays was an amazing experience. I'm planning on relocating to Costa Rica soon. Cost Rica homestays gave me the opportunity to practice my Spanish. On top of everything this trip save me MUCHO dollars! Lol.... It's much cheaper than checking into a big hotel and feeling that hole burning at the bottom of your pocket. Steve and Jason were very accomodating and answered all my questions. Thanx guys and I'll be back in 6 months... Bill ;p

The gateway to truth. If you criticise rateitall website, then who on earth are you? This site is classically a simple-super powerful tool to correct today's messy world aspects. Prove me wrong, if you can.It belongs to us. We are the RIA.

RIA is a fun site. It never really gets old to me....kind of the opposite, because I think I'm reviewing a lot more than when I first started. It can be a pretty fun outlet.
LadyJesusFan77 7 02/14/2011
All in all, a pretty good site to visit, but I think people are too busy Facebooking and Twittering to give RateItAll a fair chance anymore. But I say if Twittering makes someone happy, then by all means they should Twitter.

We've stayed at this home twice in the past and are scheduled there again this April. The owner is very nice and accommodating. It's very comfortable and the pool and tiki bar are lots of fun. It's in an upscale area of beautiful homes. If you're a boater, there is quick access to the bay and ocean. Islamorada is our favorite spot in the Keys with the best restaurants and things to do. Can't wait for April! http://lodging4vacations.com/tropics/

Excellent location with a great view of the Canal. The Pool was the right size for our family and the Outside bar was Outstanding. The deck and dock were perfect for my 25' boat with ample room for my Grandson to fish for snapper. The Upstairs kitchen and living area with the high ceilings was fantastic. The downstairs bedroom was also great. The whole experience was truly enjoyable for my family.

I disagree with the previous poster. Rateitall would simply be a clone of the other social networking sites, complete with stupid status updates. This site is different, thats why I come here.

RIA, how do I love/hate thee? Let me count the ways...RIA could perhaps be described as a website with a split-personality disorder. It began in 1999 as a product-review site, more or less, but it morphed into a social-networking site, particularly after the dot-com bubble burst in 2000, and the hopes of the dozen or so of RIA's creators were dashed, and they trotted off to other things, leaving only poor Lawrence C. to run the site, although I see shroomwoman pop in now and then, and perhaps a few others...As the social networking aspect grew, it slowly became the predominant feature of RIA. The problem with RIA has always been that, despite its claims, there are usually only a few hundred "regulars" who post with any consistency, and there are scores and scores of one-timers, the "Zorros" who come in, make their "Z" and get out, many of whose reviews are in the "This product sux!" category. The social networking aspect and the product review aspect often work against each other, making the site a tad schizophrenic at times. You will find a nice, thoughtful post about something (such as, say, a post by abichara) followed by a ranting post by some 14 year old (THIS CD SUX!!!!) followed by three dozen one-liner posts by the same person about 44 different anime shows you've never heard of. My two cents: RIA should eliminate the product reviews. I know this was what the owners were hoping would sell the site for 4.8 bajillion dollars back in 1999, but no one cares anymore. They could turn it into a much better social networking site without the spare garbage they haul around, product reviews about many products that aren't even made anymore.

They support their membership and treat them as friends. What more can you ask for?

I used to frequent RIA a lot in my old job until they blocked it. I was devestated. It was definitely a nice way to alleviate the few bouts of boredom. Now I'm in another job and I have access to RIA so it's kind of nice to be coming here more often again. Nothings changed except the layout of the website.
twansalem 09/15/2009
RIA is easily one of my favorite websites. Of course it would be nice to start seeing something besides health care and Joe Wilson in my feed again.....

sperryc 02/04/2009
I use RIA primarily as a place to read about others' opinions, and I love it. I'm consistently impressed by the quality of the posts I find, and I love that lists are created and updated minute-by-minute. The content couldn't be more current.Visitors to the site are lucky that so many RIA regulars hail from diverse backgrounds and are good enough writers to articulate their interesting perspectives clearly. They make for a lot of good reading. Yes, there are smug, mean-spirited, and predictable regulars too, but over time I've realized that even they have something to do with why I keep coming back. I like seeing them get shot down. :)
ILikePie 09/26/2008
Quite possibly my very favourite website. The rate at which I frequent it varies quite a bit, but it's retained my interest for three years now, and I anticipate it will continue to do so for another many years to come.
irishgit 09/23/2008
It is what you make it. I've been here five years with a few breaks, and still find it enjoyable most days. I find it interesting when people who first posted less than a month ago, talk about how it has "become boring and meaningless." Suggests an attention span issue to me.
nesher 12/08/2007
I love the site! You can generate unlimited rating lists in all applicable areas. I am using these lists in my blogging discussions. When the lists are not imposed on the blog post, any adjustments are easy to make, and they do not require blog posting modification. Also, the AdSense traffic I get from RateItAll is the highest among non-blogging sites, I am member on. Long Live RateItAll! The highest grade possible!
VirileVagabond 07/28/2007
I found RateItAll when searching the Internet for a ranking of military leaders. From there it did not take long to discover the site's concept, ease of registration, and entertainment value. Management here is generally reactive to suggestions for improvements and additional lists and items. RateItAll is clearly not a site that has been orphaned by its creators resulting in a dynamic environment. Humans seem drawn towards lists, such as the Top 40 in music, the top 25 in college athletics, or perhaps the original list of the seven ancient wonders of the world (the latter being one of my personal weblists, a shameless plug). Moreover, the site is different and refreshing in that it does not use threads or chat rooms (which should result in less confrontation) choosing instead a format of a single, nutshell review or opinion by lay people. Finally, the management here has successfully organized this site in an intuitive and logical fashion. I only wish I had thought of the idea first.
