I can see that Denny Green is angry, but I found it comical. Too bad this memory will live on much further than Green's impact on the NFL.

I saw this game and the post game conference and you can't really blame Dennis Green. He put his heart and soul into that team, and frankly, Whisenhunt's success is partially due to Green's efforts there. The whole game the Cards dominated the Bears (this during the Bear's great season in which they made the super bowl) and it finally looked like the Cards were turning things around. Then in like the last several minutes a monumental Cardinals collapse on all levels enabled the Bears to have a miraculous win.

I LOVED this old 2006 video!!! Its very modivational. Too many head coaches have laidback reactions after a "nail-biting" loss. Denny Green let his emotions get the best of him....and I like that! Its not ok to lose! I like a coach that gets fired up! You go Denny Green, tell the media whats up! How can you not agree with him? It pumps me up too!! Cardinals should have had this one. I would have been mad too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aYKIcnj1MJY

I don't see this as uncomfortable. More like laughable. Green was clearly just wanting to duck questions after another bad beat. Coaches getting bent out of shape with a mike in front of them is always good for some entertainment though.

Come on now? This outburst wasn't as spontaneous as it may have seemed. It was an act--Green got up on that podium all angry, had his rant and left without answering questions. And he didn't want to because his team because his team became the first in NFL history to have a 14-0 lead in first quarter of the game and still lose games in consecutive weeks. Obviously he didn't want to answer questions about his leadership and/or decision-making on the field. I think that Green is nearing the end of his time with Arizona and is trying to save face.

I don't get it. . .'uncomfortable'? What's Green gonna do? Attack the mic again? That big tub of lard isn't going to attack anybody. . .what's the big deal? Imagine the questions Green would have been asked by Philly reporters. . .

Sweet. I like seeing coaches get fired up. It shows they care.
