    The reviews posted here fall into 2 camps - those that love them and those that hate them. I believe I have discovered the reason for this disparity. I have placed 2 orders with these guys: the first order was filled and delivered smoothly and promptly; however, the second order was botched. I am in the service industry and understand that a mistake will pop up sooner or later. The problem with my second order was that it was their mistake and they did not seem to care. They admitted they made a mistake and offered to fix it. Unfortunately, they screwed up the "fix" as badly as they screwed up the original order. I am now 14 days into the original order and still do not have the medicine I ordered for my dog. Five days into the order they admitted they had neglected to send one of the medicines I had ordered.     I have ordered from Entirely Pets for years. They have always been exceptional. I went to re-order some flea meds. last week and I ran across some disappointing reviews. This made me think twice and consider going to a higher priced competitor. Then I thought about it again (plus the fact that I'm extremely cheap and usually broke) and I decided to give them another try because they have never let me down. Once again they came through with flying colors. I think they are wonderful.

    All sorts of problems here and the previous two reviews summarize them. They no longer offer prescription medicine but will not say why. I have now spoken to three different people (all who could care less) and all they say is that they are "restructuring". They refuse to say why they stopped filling prescriptions. If you have precsriptions lodged with them you are out of luck and have to go to the trouble and expense of getting new ones. It may be that they got in trouble with the authorities over the medicine they were dispensing as they are continuing to operate and sell other items.

    BEWARE! EntirelyPets does not guarantee the safety or effectiveness of any of their prescriptions! I was purchasing my heartworm prevention from EntirelyPets.com until my dog tested positive for heartworms, while on their prescription meds (Intercepter - Yellow). The cost of treating the heartworms came to over $600! My vet informed me that if I had been purchasing the prescription meds through them (or a number of other local vendors), they could file a claim with Interceptor and the cost of treatment would be covered under their product guarantee plan. My dog had been tested prior to starting the meds and it was clear from my prescription history that I had not skipped any months. He told me to contact EntirelyPets and see if they offered the same guarantee. They do not. In fact, according to the customer service rep I spoke to, they do not guarantee the safety or effectiveness of any of their prescriptions!     Something is going on with Entirelypets.com. They aren't filling prescriptions anymore and I still have two refills left of a Deramaxx RX. I called them and they said that they can't even fax my the prescription back and would not admit what was up with their pharmacy. I have to waste time getting a new RX and sending it somewhere else and my dog will be out of her medication by then. I'll have to get some extra pills from the vet to cover her until we order more somewhere for a lower cost. I hope they get they're act back together!

    I ordered three Heartgard prescriptions along with other items on Friday am and got shipment Monday afternoon. Free upgraded shiping along with several bonus items thrown in. They were very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. They were also by far the cheapest that I could find. Gary H. in Michigan

    very nice customer service rep's on the phone. I had to get some info on arthritis, and everyone i spoke to knew what they were talking about. the order arrived sooner than expected, and they kept me updated via email. These guys have our pets in mind.

    Ive been a customer of entirelypets for about 6months. I can tell you that you couldnt get better customer service than in a (in-person) petstore. The specials they have every month put money back in my pocket. I am pleased to say that I feel they have a genuine intrest in my pets healt and well being. I will definatley be coming back and telling all my friends and family about entirelypets

    I was not sent an order and had to cancel it because I was not told the order could not be filled without a Vets prescription until I followed up a week later. This wasted a week of my time as well as my pet doing without. I went ahead and got the med from my Vet. It has been over a month and I have yet to receive a refund, just a run around. I get things like "this is not my dept.", I am not authorized to transfer you to that dept". I have made three follow-up calls. Do not do business with these people.

    I've used Entirely Pets for two years, for prescription and non-prescription meds, as well as supplements, toys, and treats. They were always great; no problems -- but something's going on there; now they seem to be falling apart! I sent an order which included a new Rx as well as a refill of an existing Rx -- they told me my vet hadn't sent the new Rx. I'd watched him fax it, and told them so. So they admitted that they did have it, and said they'd fill the order. A short time later, they sent me an e-mail telling me that they couldn't refill the existing prescription because it wasn't existing. They'd already filled this prescription three times, and there were still three refills left. I faxed them their own label showing this, and they admitted that they did indeed have it, and that they would fill it. Then came the tennis balls for the dogs.     I read some really bad reviews and hesitated to order from Entirelypets.com, but they had the lowest price and I figured if I bought w/my CC I was covered. I had a prescription purchase for a generic equivalent of a product. Then I had to change my order after purchase to the regular version. This was done with no problems at all. Entirely Pets not only had the AMAZING price, their customer service was great. When I sent emails I got replies within hours the same day. They also kept me in the loop and sent confirmation of the order, confirmation of the prescription being sent to my vet, and confirmation of shipping w/tracking info. VERY helpful...I would recommend them based off my experience

    Entirelypets.com is simply the best. I ordered a Combat toy from them which was supposedly "battle-tested", but my little pug destroyed that thing in less that 5 minutes. I called up their customer service just to report the matter, not expecting any type of compensation, and they gave me my money back. WOW! I didnt expect that at all. Most of these companies would've just said, "tough-luck, too bad-so sad" but not Entirelypets. They actually care about their customers and their pets. I did not hesitate to place another order with them again. Entirelypets has the best prices, fast shipping but it was their curteous customer service ppl that made me come back. =).

    I was delighted with the service I received. The product I ordered was needed badly as soon as possible but I ordered it regular shipping. I ordered it on a Friday and received it on the next Monday and it had traveled quite a distance. Very, very happy with this company and intend to use them again for the same product and also for a product that I normally order from another firm with which I have done business for years. I found out that a specific (expensive) medication that my bitch needs for the rest of her life is approximately $11.00 cheaper including shipping. I cant say enough positive things.

    I initially ordered this merchandise through another company because of their price although I have ordered from Entirely Pets many times in the past. 1 week after ordering from the other company I still did not know if or when my order would arrive. I cancelled that order and ordered with Entirely Pets. As I finished my order I saw they will match other companies prices which they did. I ordered Wednesday afternoon, received the email the order was sent Wednesday night and received the order Friday afternoon. I learned my lesson, stick with companies whos name means something to them as Entirely Pets obviously is such a company.

    The prescription I ordered was priced lower at EntirelyPets.com than any of the pet sites that you see advertised on TV. Probably because they are NOT advertising on TV and this is what keeps the cost down. Shipping was very fast. Cost of the pet toys that I ordered was very competitive to pet stores or other web sites. This was my second order with EntirelyPets.com and I will definitely continue to order my pet's prescriptions through them.

    I have used Entirely Pets several times over the last year. One of our dogs is on a prescription drug and Entirely Pets has the best price anywhere. I even told our Vet about Entirely Pets pricing and he said they were less expensive then his supplier. Also with the email coupons they send we save even more money. Shipping is always faster than expected. I havent had to use their customer service department, but with the way everything else at Entirely Pets is done, Im sure they must be superior too. Our family of humans and animals would highly recommend this company.

    This is the second time I have ordered from entirelypets.com I was extremely impressed with my first experience with this company and was not let down when I ordered from them the second time. I placed my first order of heartworm medicine on a Sunday night and was shocked when I received the free shipment via snail mail on that Tuesday morning. I have PAID for shipping with other companies in the past and had to wait almost 2 weeks for my packages. Although my second shipment from entirelypets took 4 days this still far exceeded my previous shipping experiences. I was also impressed with the per order shipping fees instead of the usual per item shipping fees. I also appreciated the ease of being able to scan my heartworm prescriptions and send them via email. This policy alone would make me use this company again.     I love this company and have ordered a lot of their products over the years. I have never had an issue with returning product no matter what the cost of the order. I own a kennel and we are always in need of quality products at fair , affordable rates. I highly recommend using this company to all of my associates and to the families who purchase our puppies. They have outstanding rates, and wonderful customer service.

    $500 worth of products ordered, never sent it. Claimed they sent, and provided fake documentation of USPS confirmation, where the tracking number doesn't even exist on USPS website. Claimed local delivery with confirmation and signature but local delivery has no record of delivery on this date nor any signature available. Avoid this company like the plague. They are crooks and are out to defraud. Everything they have said and done is a lie.

    I had ordered 6 months of flea drops from entirelypets.com, the same kind ive been using on my dog for 4 years just found it cheaper through them. When i put the drops on her that i received from entirely pets it actually burned her skin and caused nerve damage. When I tried explaining this to them they said there was nothing they could do because the package was opened. They wouldnt own up to the fact that there was something wrong with the drops. Eventually after threatening to report them to the better business beauru I finally got somewhere with them but i was still not 100% satisfied. They would only give me 5 drops of a cheaper brand in return for my 6 and didnt refund me the difference. As far as I am concerned they don't care about their customers at all, they are just out to make as much money as possible. I now avoid them at all costs even if it means spending more money to shop somewhere else.

    When my doctor told me that my pet had to be on prescipion medication, This website was the first thing that came to mind, When I checked the prices, I was so suprised that the price on the medication was almost 35-40% CHEAPER than my vet, When I placed the order it literaly took only 4 hours for this item to be approved from my vet and shipped out! this is remarkable! I couldnt have asked for a better store to help me out with my pet and my wallet!!

    The web site itself was quite user friendly. And the order must have been processed the very afternoon that I placed it because it arrived two days later---with no special handling request. In fact, I didn't pay anything for S&H; because of the amount of my order. I will certainly use this site again for further shopping in this category of items and I would not hesitate to recommend it to any of my friends.

    Entirelypets has good prices and a lot of varity in products. I have always had great service. Their customer service reps are friendly & knowable in the products they carry. The newletter is ver informative and helps point the customer in the direction of useful products. I love their site.

    Great site! We have three dogs, one big lab, and two little guys. Our vet's selling prices were a third more expensive for the Heartgard and Frontline meds our dogs take. The vet tried to talk us out of buying online. (We even had to sign a waiver, with lots of scarey possible facoids, and possible horrible outcomes, telling about a different and disreputable online company selling pet meds). Of course! We all need to be Be a smart consumers--there are good and bad sites for everything on the web. Entirelypets is a great site. It is not one of those fly-by-night scarey places. They carry a huge line for pets. They have a nice person who answered the phone promptly. (Our vet said he would not communicate with any online companies, but this was not a problem, as we just had to fax the required prescription to Entirelypets with the order number on it).     No problem in use and service. But i wont give an excellent because they stopped carrying the medication and i have 3 refills on the script that they wouldnt fax to a new online pharmacy.
