He teaches his players how to execute and does far more with his players with far less resources to the othe Big Ten Schools.

Best Execution Coach in college football, his teams run precise plays right at you.

Randy Walker has Northwestern beating teams that a few years ago, the Wildcats couldn't dream of beating. He fields a team every week that makes NU football exciting, and that is an accomplishment!

Good coach who has made Northwestern competitive. There was a time where Football was an afterthought at Northwestern. Now Football is meaningful again as he's successfully followed up on Gary Barnett. One nitpick is that he really pirated the Tulane/Tommy Bowden/Rich Rodriguez Spread Offense. I watched Tulane's 12-0 , 1998 Offense and Northwestern looks like the stole the game films from that team and copied that style. Steal from the best I guess?

Coaches at a school where they graduate 100% of their true student players and play football, great coach.
