Culver's of Phoenix - Metro Center treats their customers bad, making bad faces and rude treatment, in addition sloppy ice cream cones. When a latino customer drives up you are treated with a frown and unwelcomed, then when you ask for a simple cone you have to eat a sloppy cone while other staff laugh in the back at the staff handing you the sloppy cone. I drove up and got treated badly, and handed a sloppy cone, and laughed at too - but I am not surprised because I have witnessed customers and staff in the past making racist remarks about blacks and mexicans. So this time I thought I migh excape the hate and drive up, however, that was just as bad. Too bad because the food is excellent but nobody deserves to be treated differently because of race. All that should matter is to continue putting good food out while, keeping in mind that with out the customer the business would not excist. Every customer is money coming into the resturan that adds up at the end of the year, all cus... Read more

I LOVE Culver's!! The burgers are consistently very good. The chicken sandwiches are great and so are the philly cheese steaks. Tenderloins are large and the fried chicken is excellent. The mashed potatoes are good (but they always need salt and pepper!) and so are the cheese curds. The variety of menu items is mind-boggling. The service is always friendly and the restaurants are quite clean and well-staffed. The employees seem to like working there and know how to do their job. The custard is excellent...much better than soft serve. They come up with some unique "flavors of the day". The only downside is the price. It is quite expensive just for the food itself, and when you add in ice cream the meal can cost $10-$12 a person. Because of that, I tend to keep eating at Culver's a rare occasion :(

2ND UPDATE: Culvers hands down! Culvers kicks butt than everything! I am totally recommend you eat Turtles Sundae with chocolate after you done with eat or might you want eat a dessert for you if you have Culvers around there while you are traveling, or you want to get this. There is best sundae ever that you need a snack as well you can get Cookie Dough in Concrete Mixer. Also, Reese cups is great on the custard. Also, chocolate malt is very good. Plus, it's BEST burger ever is... Butterburger with cheese! It's wonderful food ever! WOW! Other thing -- the fish sandwich is OK, because inside of it has little bones so you don't choke, to be BEWARE. ;o)

I have eaten at many restaurants, but none like Culver's. This chain of so called "fast food" is the worst thing anyone could ingest. I would rather die than eat any Culver's product. Get Culverized? What the fuck is that? Why would someone make a restaurant this awful?

Culver's is better than any other restaurant.  Especially Burger King.  Get Culverized.

I think their burgers are fantastic. The fries are very good as well. A word of caution, prepare to season any other non-fried side orders you get because they are bland. It takes an act of Congress to get them to do something their cash-register will not allow such as doing add-ins to pint and quart sized custard orders. Not a bad place.

Ok, The butterburgers are grotesque hands down, do not try them.  On the positive side though, this place has the best french fries and fried chicken.  To me, it feels more of a dine-in type restaurant than a drive thru.

Culvers hamburgers are only good if you're looking for a little internal lubrication. Eating there inspires oneself to exercise. I good almost feel my arteries clogging.

CULVERs is growing fast with its above average food. Pretty good commitment too service which i noticed. You can do alot worse than culvers. Its better than FAST FOOD CHAINS. The environment is fresh, clean and honest.Overall ...it is one of the better ones.

tried flower mound tx location twice. tried burgers first time, they were fine, but overpriced and took a long time to come out. 2nd time tried ice cream, but to me it was just plain frozen yogurt but at 50% higher price of other places. i must be missing something.

Yogurt good but serving small. Fairly expensive. Plus is the variety on the menu which beats most fast food joints cold. Fried shrimp, salads in variety, onion rings a signature item and not too shabby.

The first time we tried "Butterburgers" we thought they were terrific. The burger was very moist, you could actually taste the Butter. We rated it "No 1" on our burger list. Now almost a year later we hvae been trying the Tinley Park and River Oaks, Illinois location and have found the burgers veery dry and tasteless. We thought this might have been a bad day but have been back numeroius tomes and have found them to be very bad, Edible but dry and tastless. Our choice now, for a good and moist burger is Schoops which was originally replaced, on our list, by Culers, but no more. Now we would rate Culvers BELOW Burger King, Wendys and McDonalds.

Now that's a TASTY BURGER! I love these sandwhiches, but have to limit myself to one a month or I'll get ginormously fat! They are so good... with or without butter, I highly recommend you treat yourself to one sometime. I haven't met anyoen who doesn't like Culvers butter burgers (literally)!

Highly overrated and WAY overpriced in my opinion. Ive only had their burgers and fries (twice each). The burgers remind me of a poormans Wendys (which isnt saying much).

Thye just built a couple of these in my city. Very good, I had the Sour Dough Melt, excellent, and awesome desserts. They really stress good service, and the employees were super friendly. Of course this is the case whenever a new restaurant opens, we will see if it holds up after it's been here awhile.

By far the best fast food I've ever eaten... yum, butter burgers. This isn't your standard fast food. It tastes like a sit-down restaurant, but it's fast enough to be considered fast food. And you can't beat their custard.
