05/02/2007 | You hear this quite a bit lately, and I suppose it applies to the judiciary being on the cutting edge of much of the social change in the country lately. Where would abortion and homosexual rights be without the courts?
The democratic tradition gets eroded away by non-democratic rulings by judges.
