My experience with this builder from the day one is worst.They r not professionals,they dont have any ethics.They know how to fool people and the result is peole r getting traped with this builder.My suggestion is not to buy from this builder and you can make an enquiry with the people who already got Villas from this builder.Every owner in Daadys garden was traped this bugger.So better stay away
