I always associate Jack first with Airplane and later Starship (the name change Jack's idea) but love his work with Jorma & Hot Tuna.

Rocks number one bass player. For versatility he has no peers. Myriads of style. Also graceful to boot.

Jack Cassady is a "bassmans bassman",his work with Hot Tuna alone gets at least 5 stars.He plays both acoustic and electric bass with impeccable skill.
