Not a bad movie, but definitely not a date movie. The scenes with the couple fighting were way too realistic. It sort of took the humor out of it.

Was not bad, actually worth seeing more than once.I do not understand why Aniston's character was so grumpy

I thought The Break Up was a great movie. I wouldn't describe it as a romantic comedy, but more like a relationship comedy. It captured what it is like for a man and woman in a relationship to go through difficult times. Vince Vaughn and Jennifer Aniston did a great job with their roles. They were very believable as a real couple who were in love, but doing absolutely all they can to piss off the other one. I think a lot of couples would probably relate to the issues involved in the movie.
