One of the few romantic comedies of recent years that is actually watchable. The Chicago setting is well-exploited, the actors are good, the dialogue is funny, and the guy's point of view is actually given fair treatment-quite rare for the genra.

I'm not sure if this movie ever really figured out if it was going to be a chick flick or a guy flick. The Break Up is not a bad movie - in fact, some of the bickering couple scenes were so well-written and accurate as to be uncomfortable. Vince Vaughn has some funny lines and there is chemistry between him and Aniston.

Not really much more to say about this one.
