04/25/2006 | One of my favorite pastas. Great with some light olive oil and garlic, along with some vegetables like brocolli mixed in. Angel hair is ok with some tomato sauce, but the thin texture of the pasta makes it better suited for olive oil.

04/24/2006 | very good, with a light sauce, maybe olive oil and garlic, definately not with a red or meat sauce. Works good as a side dish.

04/24/2006 | Angel Hair is my favorite pasta. It's ready in about 120 seconds, and goes down a little lighter than some of the other styles.
A staple of my diet.

04/23/2006 | This is really good sauted up just a bit with olive oil, garlic, and oregano, with some vegetables like broccoli and/or tomatoes. Maybe a touch of lemon. Add clams or something light if you need protein.
