This album was generally straightforward rock with some country and blues influences, although there was a little psychedelia, a few eally fine ballads, and even some heavy rock. Unlike it's two predecessors, it failed to reach the top 40, in fact, it didn't even make the top 100. Skip Spence was completely absent from this one, but he had 1 writing credit on this- his haunting "Seeing" was one of the many highlights on this underrated gem, which also featured fine songs like "Trucking Man," If You Can't Learn From My Mistakes," "Going Nowhere," and 'It's A Beautiful Day Today."
