Bon Jovi

Not good...but not unbearably awful either.

I'm not a fan, but I don't have any problems with Bon Jovi either.  I just had to post a review when I read Annoyance Factor 3) Unnecessary key changes like the one in "Living on a Prayer." If you think hearing that key change is bad, try playing it. It's been a while, but I think the key signature has five flats. A pain in the ass for an otherwise simple pop song.

Eh, they are a joke anymore but they sold a crapload of records in their day. Leave the hair rock alone!

I think she's terrible. . .

Annoyance Factors:
1) Album names like "Slippery When Wet"
2) Song titles like "Have a Nice Day"
3) Unnecessary key changes like the one in "Living on a Prayer"
4) Taking yourself too seriously like in the video "I'm a cowboy - on a steel horse I ride"
5) Overuse of the mouth-tube connected to the guitar - Joe Walsh knows how to use it - Richie Sambora should give it up.
6) Lyrics like "Like Frankie said, I did it my way"

You can say what you want but these guys were Hit writers. They had the pulse of rock in the big hair days and delivered great live shows. All good musicians, they were just part of a culture that was hated for being too damn pretty. That stigma exist in Rock music to this day.
