Agree with all of the previous comments. Web site slow, never reply to emails to support, 2 movies went over 2 months and they never removed them from the queue. I canceled the account since I was paying for a service that was not delivering. During that same time I used Adult DVD Empire to test between the 2 to see which I would keep. Easy decision.

I have been a member of GoFlix for several months. In that time service has been inconsistent at best, with DVDs taking up to 2 weeks to arrive after allegedly shipping. Several times I had to email after returning a DVD and it not being marked as returned. Eventually, they went over a month without shipping me anything despite a few emails from me, so I canceled my account. They also seem to send the most recently added, NOT the highest priority in the queue. The website is slow and not the best design, though I guess it gives basic info on movies. Would be nice if you could search on performer, not just title.

They may have thousands of titles 'available'. But it takes around 5 days to receive the next title. Plus nothing is taken from the top of our queue. Sad thing is they are the next state over and delivery shouldn't take so long. Also, many times the wrong dvd has been in the case or damaged. We are unhappy after 1 month.
