Social workers can get burnt out quickly, which often leads to grumpy behavior on the job. However, most of them usually chose their profession over others, and are able to stay in a positive mood. They know that are working in order to help the lives of other people, and this allows them to remain positive. However, there are some social workers who can be very very bitter.
