02/11/2006 | I had an accident several years ago in my pick up truck that was directly related to a defect in the truck, it ended up costing me quite a bit of money. I couldn't find one lawyer to take my case because I wasn't hurt. It was even suggested that I get hurt. Eventually, I just let it go. All business' should be held accountable for their products.

02/11/2006 | The lawsuits dealing with this issue run the gamut from absolutely justified to frivolous to the point of lunacy. The ones that get the most publicity, of course, are the cases brought by true morons, egged on by greed drenched attorneys looking for a big payday.
For every one of those, there are many that are completely legitimate, dealing with an oversight or incompetence by the manufacturer.
