02/13/2006 | The unions don't like him and he is the single most inarticulate sounding public official I've ever seen.He talks kind of like an Italian version of Mushmouth from "Fat Albert." His nickname back home is the well-deserved "Mumbles." He's fairly good at community relations, and does get involved in public matters- pretty hands-on. Mediocre IMO.
