It's not exactly in extremely common usage, but if you said "A cheeseburger and fries costs five simoleons," I think most people would know what you mean. Most of the other words on this list couldn't be used in common conversation if you want people to have any clue what you're talking about.

It makes me think of "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" when Eddie talks about being on the tail of some toon that made off with a Zillion Simoleons or whatever it was. Damn toon killed Eddie's brother with a falling piano...
