Scambled eggs are okay, but I prefer eggs in the form of an omelette (preferably a ham and cheese one).

For perfect scrambled eggs, whip them really good so no egg white is left, put a fair amount of butter in the pan (Silver Stone or something similar), just as the butter starts to brown (timing is critical) and it has a nutty smell to it, pour in your eggs. Keep stirring the eggs and lift them up from the sides as you stir. When the eggs are almost set but still runny, add a little milk and stir until the eggs are set and the milk has evaporated. Serve them with bacon and ketchup.

My step-dad always made the best eggs. I used to wake up on Saturday morning and ask him if he'd make me some. He always did the goofy little smiley-breakfast thing.

In the Canadian Navy they make your breakfast per person - no assembly line like the U.S. Navy. Experience quickly taught me that scambled eggs are quickest, least messy way to eat eggs, it's all I would order. Covered in HP Sauce of course.

A few times a month. Incidentally, the truth about cholesterol in eggs... they have a healthy balance of both good and bad cholesterol. Of course, like everything else, moderation is the key.

Best scrambled eggs I learned from watching the end of the movie Big Night. Using a small stick free pan, heat to medium with a little bit of olive oil. Put eggs in, with a little bit of salt and spice, and let it spread out like a crepe or pancake. flip it as soon as the bottom is dry. When my son was 3 he'd ask for it that way by saying "flat with no yolk."
