In 2008, my husband and I were building a new home, and we hired Sarah to provide design services throughout the process. I was busy with a full-time job and needed someone I could trust to make design decisions, with an overall vision in mind. Sarah did an excellent job, in every step of the process - from providing detailed constructions schedules for tile, lighting and paint, to onsite oversight, her attention to detail and expert eye resulted in a beautiful home with a premium look - with reasonable prices. Every detail from bathroom tile & fixtures to door hardware are tied together with a timeless, classic beauty. Once we moved into our home, we asked Sarah to help us with the interior design for several rooms. Her eye and style resulted in a simple and timeless look for all the key rooms in our house. I am writing this letter to recommend the design services of Sarah Van Assche and her staff. Sarah provided us with interior design assistance to finish furnishing our four year old home, specifically our 1st floor. From our initial meetings, Sarah had the ability to capture our visions and needs while maintaining a reasonable budget. Throughout the entire process we can say without reservation that Sarah is one of the most professional and personable individuals we've had the pleasure to work with. She spent the time required to fully understand our vision before making suggestions. Her guidance and professional opinions were always thoughtfully presented in order to accomplish the job while still being mindful of our budget. Finally, Sarah’s ability to complete our project and incorporate our existing pieces left us so pleased with the rooms she has touched in our home. I can’t say enough good things about Sarah Van Assche Interiors! I’ve worked with Sarah on two large projects and am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of her and her colleagues. They listen carefully to my opinions and present budget-conscious ideas that meet my needs and aesthetic. If on the rare occasion I’m not completely on-board with their plan, they’re happy to modify the proposal to better suit me.
