Their rotisserie chicken needs seasoning and their meat-loaf is dog food with ketchup. What more can I say?

Sure, it tastes good! That's because they put craploads of sugar in EVERYTHING. What do you expect from McDonalds? (the owners of Boston Market)

I used to like their food but over the Thanksgiving holiday was my last visit. Due to the holiday they only had one take out meal option which was ok because I was glad they were open and we didn't have to cook. You could get a dinner for 4 that included turkey, naturally, three side dishes and a pie. They had downsized their serving sizes on everything so that it really was a dinner for two and they had increased their prices. A woman that was ahead of me was shocked about how little turkey each person was supposed to have which was about 7 ounces per person according to the clerk weighing the turkey slices. My feeling was that they were pushing their Holiday Banquet heat & serve meal packages, for much more money, and the smaller takeout orders were just an afterthought.

I live in Houston tx and used to always go to the West Gray or FM 1960 locations. My selection always stayed the same which inclused a dinner of white meat chicken, macoroni and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy and a cornbread muffin..Sooooo delicious and very satisfying..I absolutely love Boston Market food!!!!

I ordered some food from them years ago when they were still new in town just to try something different. It was horrifying! This place was just about as awful as Kenny Rodger's Roasters and lasted just about as long before it went tits up and closed it's doors. I tried to give some to my dog and the not so fussy cat, but neither one of them would go near it.

Too expensive, they are not for the poor man and his family. They're great if you have a coupon.

Boston Market's existence confuses me. It's the sort of food you find at grocery cents pre-cooked. You know, that bland (but good smelling) rotisserie chicken? The food's not really impressive but I can't complain.

I went to the one in Campbell CA. The place was filthy. The chicken breast and wing were so small it was a joke. I could tell that the manager was having 2nd thoughts and discussed it with the guy that was cooking but he decided to give it to me anyway. I love the one on Speedway in Tucson but everytime I go to the one in Campbell, something goes wrong.

Went to the Waldorf, MD location today and ordered 2 large turkey meals. I noticed the portions looked small, not to mention unequal. I verified with the server that they were large meals, and he confirmed. Drove the 10 minutes home and carefully weighed the turkey, which was now cold. Though a large turkey meal is supposed to have 8 ounces of turkey, one of my "large" meals had 5.2 ounces, the other had 6.1 ounces. I obviously feel ripped off, especially considering the meals were nearly $10 each.

Its good! Their chicken is not dry, its pretty moist and u get a decent selection of side dishes that are also pretty good (roasted potatos, green beans, corn, corn bread etc). They are pretty affordable for the amount of food you get too.

I don't like it. It seems mediocre. I can get a better rotisserie chicken from the grocery store, and for cheaper in my opinion. Bleh food, stuff I can make at home, except with a worse taste.

The food at my local Boston Market rarely rises to the level of mediocrity. Surprisingly, the frozen dinners sold under the Boston Market name in supermarkets are among the best.

Really went down hill over the years, at least here in MD, it's a shame they don't sell ham anymore. Their sides also taste different.

If you get it hot off the grill this can be the cure for the burger blues. The only problem like any other joint you may get board with the choices.

There's only one left in our area, but their food is pretty decent, and the prices aren't so bad either. It's a lil better than KFC.

They are better than average. Not really a "fast-food" place per se. A vain attempt to re-create home cooking.

It was my first visit to Boston Market ever and went since one of my friends said he really liked the White Rotisserie Chicken, and he thought I should try it too. When went in there were about 5 people in front of us and just 1 person taking and processing orders while the other person who turns out was the manager helping her. When the wait time started to go up we asked people in front of us how long they had been there, they said it was almost 15 minutes. What amazed me was that at least 4 employees were just sitting close-by and chatting around. On asking them they said they were on a break. Hats off to scheduling at that place. Alas the food turned out to be good else it would have been a horrific one hour spent there.

We don't have a Boston Market where I live. This fact has probably saved me a considerable amount of money. The cornbread is incredible.

a 3.5. nice change of pace. i do not go there too often. maybe twice a year. they have changed it some over the years. i usually get the chicken. i like to get to pick which two side dishes and quite a few to pick from and the corn bread is nice. not great but nice every now and then. we wait to get a coupon to save a couple dollars.  we still eat there but it reminds me of cafeteria style food.  my husband tried their sandwiches and said they are pretty good.
