I've had several bad experiences at PH. Most of my complaints would be concerning the service. Our area in central Indiana seems to have several Pizza Huts with bad service associates. I'm ok with their food though. Not the greatest pizza but better than some.

Please.....if you want a pizza' don't ever purchase an abombination from this company. I have for years purchased their products because of the internet ability only. People , this is the worst pizza you could choose. The last one I ordered for my grandchildren was accually raw , uncooked dough. That was the last straw. And I paid a delivery fee and also tipped the kid who drove the car. I called them up and the "young" manager told me that the pizza was run through the belt driven oven just like the rest of the pizzas that were ordered. Grandma pulled a piece out of the middle and streched it out. Gooey....sloppy....uncooked. Seems to me that if someone orders a pie with all the toppings and it is put on a conveyor belt with a small plain pizza then run thru the oven at the same pace, the smaller one will certainly take less time to cook. But companies like this are in the big business world to sell inferior products to the public and really don't care about reveiws like this one. So ... Read more

Another review said they ran out of dough at our local Paris, TX Pizza Hut. I believe it when you say they ran out of dough! My son and I wanted the special they were advertising on television and the internet for $10.00. They said sorry, we ran out an hour ago! HUH? You have got to be kidding me! Can you say false advertising??

I hate Pizza Hut. Their pizza use to be the best but now it's like... Ugh! The pizza is nasty, the service is horrible. The deliver time is like an hour and thirty mins for some cold, nasty, sauce-less pizza. How are they still in business?

Pizza Hut on Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City is close to my home. Pizza Hut is currently running ads on TV about $10 pizzas!! ANY PIZZA, ANY SIZE, ANY TOPPINGS for $10.00. I called this location last Tuesday to do a carry out pizza. I asked the employee that took my order if they still had the $10.00 Any Pizza, Any Size, Any Toppings deal. She cheerfully answered "yes, we do." I said great and ordered a Large, Thin Crust Pizza with 7 toppings. The total was $13.01 for the pizza. I asked why, as I was picking up the $10.00 pizza, assuming a delivery charge. I was told that I was charged for the extra 2 toppings--there was a limit of 5 toppings. I kept my order but asked for a manager when I got to the restaurant. On the door is a 4 foot poster that says--"CARRY OUT ONLY--ANY PIZZA, ANY SIZE, ANY TOPPINGS $10!" There are no disclaimers!! I asked the manager to read me the sign out loud. He looked confused, but did it. I asked if he read any disclaimers. "No" was ... Read more

Placed a carry out order at the commerce and 24th location, was told pizza would be ready for pick up in twenty to thirty minutes, I arrived twenty minutes after placing order but decided to wait the thirty minutes after wich I approached the counter asking about my order, was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes more, after waiting the additional 15 minutes again I approached the counter asking about my order, now the manager Phillip looked up my order, only to tell me it would be another 15 minutes, without so much as an apology or explanation why my order was taking an hour to prepare, then proceeds to inform me that he could cancel my order! Needless to say I was furious, I then asked for corporate number to file a complaint, and was given wrong number, then when I called back for correct number was placed on hold three seperate times, I guess hoping I would just give up, but that only made me more determined to report them! After calling the location on Bandera,( being that they... I don't know who the heck decided to change the crust, sause, and breadsticks, but they have to be a complete idiots! I remember when pizza hut was really good and it was a treat when I was a kid to eat there! It's horrible now! Think about it, did it taste like gas sation pizza to you? Should it taste like that for $25? Let's put it this way we ordered 2 pizzas and dinned in, we had a 1 whole pizza and a half left and the waitress ask if we wanted a to go boxes and we said No. It was that freaking nasty! I will never ever waste my money again not unless they say they have went back to how they where in like 1990's. The crust when you bite into it looks totally uncooked but the toppings are browned. Totally weird! They recently screwed up the breadsticks they are made in a uniform bread clump and they are hard! I was hoping the breadsticks would save it a little. We ended up going for milkshakes because we were still hungry. It's just sad because it used to be good.

I only go to Pizza Hut when my oblivious sister in law buys me yet another gift card for their awful food. Not only is their food bad, greasy, and nasty; they are not true to customers. I see on TV now they have their "Any pizza, any topping pizza for $10". Right. You get there, and the waitresses are instructed to tell you that it is only up to 3 toppings. Nothing in the fine print on the commercial. It only references "no double toppings" and "extra charge for stuffed crust". One time, a waitress - as young and naive that she may have been - said that "they only have that commercial to get customers in, and then we tell them it is only for 3 toppings." Total false advertising. Their salads are despicable, they use this creepy spray stuff to put on the crust of the pizza to make them shiny when they come out of the oven, and I won't touch their pasta bakes with a 10 foot pole. YUK! I would be better off eating at my local elementary lunch room.

I am writing this letter with regards to my visit to your restaurant last night. I am afraid after my experience I will not back to another Pizzahut Restaurant and will probably avoid KFC and Tacobell as well. After paying almost $40.00 for dinner for two people ($20.00 ea.) I left the restaurant feeling I had been majorly gouged. The quality of the food we received was garbage. The 10 wings we ordered were covered in a disgusting mild sauce that tasted of strong vinegar. I can't believe how much you charge for 10 wings as compared to your competitors. The pizza was small and tasteless and was obviously short changed with the minimal amount of toppings that are put on it. There is no excuse for this considering the pizza is supposedly worth almost $20.00. Also, the size of it was lacking. I used to be a fan of Pizzahut but unfortunately you have gone the way of other big chain restaurants like Kelsey's in charging huge dollars for substandard food. Rest assured that if this keeps... Pizza Hut has a bit worse than average pizzas compared to other large chains. The dough has no taste, it is not fresh at all. The toppings are not convincing. The price is really high compared to the quality. Fortunate enough we have small local pizzerias which have good pizzas. The other food at PH is simply terrible.

We ordered 2 medium sized pan pizzas at 7:00. The pizzas we received were considerably smaller than the boxes containing them. We measured them each to have a diameter of 10.5 inches vs. the standard 12 in. Consequently, we brought the pizzas back to the Cupertino Pizza Hut on Stevens Creek in California and the manager (let's call her X) offered that they could redo them in 8 min., but not before insisting that the diminuitive size of the pizzas was because "they didn't stretch the dough". My son and I then waited at a nearby table in front of the register for 25+ min. Finally, we went to the pickup window to check that they didn't accidentally throw away our pizza. Apparently, the real explanation is just as far-fetched. They didn't "see" us, and (as manager Y explained) when manager X went on break, she never bothered to convey that we were waiting for a pizza, so of course no one could connect that the two people sitting there were in want of a pizza. I would like to say that we w... Read more

I had ordered a veggy pizza and an order of potato wedges from Pizza Hut on State Road in Cuyahoga Flls, Ohio. The driver delivered pizza correctly but along with it delivered cheese sticks with meat on it and no potato wedges. When I called to complain, the guy said he would issue us a credit for the potato wedges. But that's not what I wanted. My kids wanted what we had ordered. I asked him to deliver and also issue a credit of $6 for the item not delivered. He said that he wouldn't do it. Since we didn't have our order complete, we had to wait another 40 minutes before we could start our dinner. The guy was not apologetic at all and had no consideration for the wrong order, and no care for our religious beliefs when I told him that we were strict vegetarians and do not even touch meat. He refused to credit $6 or offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience. We had given hundreds of dollar of business over the years, and that's the kind of service we get from Pizza Hut. What a enormous mistake the PH in Kennesaw Ga on Cobb Pkwy made tonight. We ordered online a stuff crust pizza. About 10-15 minutes go by and we got a call from a female employee stating they did not have stuff crust, so we changed our order. Another 20 minutes go by and a second call but this time a male. He wants to know how we will pay. We, confused, said we did online. He says no he has a voided receipt here, so I asked if the girl had voided it by mistake. Says yes maam it appears so (very sarcastically). Asked if it would be cash or credit. I explained I didn't have cash, so he says no problem just give me your card info. I told him I didn't feel comfortable giving my credit card # over the phone. He went off on a rant about how he takes card numbers all day and he wasn't gonna steal it! I asked to speak with his manager. I heard him speak ill of me to this manager as he handed the phone over. I was upset at this point. On a side note, my husband has been in the r... Read more

I no longer eat at Pizza Hut because the quality has turned into crap, and the only reason why Pizza Hut is still in business is because young people today don't know what REAL quality pizza taste like. Back in the 80's, early 90's, Pizza Hut use to be the eatery to go to because many Pizza Huts had a buffet, and the service was great; but not anymore! Also, another reason why I refuse to eat at Pizza Hut is because as an X vendor for the company, I noticed that Pizza Hut corporate treats the workers like slaves. The workers routinely confided in me that they were under paid, over worked, and under appreciated. For example, a manager I know of worked 40+ hours a week and was still not able to pay rent (a studio) and basic day to day living expenses. They also shift managers around a lot to diffrent stores (to break bonds) who then come in and fire existing workers and vendors just to try and save few bucks. Fokes, Pizza Hut and other big box stores, are nothing but modern day s... Read more

Ever tried warming this food up in the microwave? Don't even bother if you value you're teeth, but do if you want to give your jaw a good workout. You may even look like a hungry camel in the process. Rubber comes to mind. Their pizzas are so greasy and the dough so stodgy you feel like you've swallowed oil with bits in it.

Pizza Hut is one of the best fast food in america, it has all different kinds of pizzas and wings, for instance buffalo wings, hot wings, lemon pepper, honey bbq, spicy bbq, chicken pizza, vegetable pizza, pepperoni pizza and lots more. I went there yesterday and i didn't know what to try on the menu because everything looks so delicious, it took me a while to make my mind up and i chose the spicy bbq wings and bread sticks, the cashier was so patient and friendly, the place was very welcoming, it was very clean, the counters, the wall, the tables, the chairs and the floor it was very clean and welcoming and all of the worker were friendly, they know how to treat there customers. I think i'm going to go back tammarrow evening for dinner me and my family.

The last several pizzas we have had from PH were terrible. I think the box they came in would have tasted better. They must be using the cheapest toppings they can find. You know, the stuff left over when the other places that make GOOD pizza, have finished picking over the good stuff. Anyway I won't be eating there again anytime soon unless they change and buy the good toppings to put on their pizzas. On another note, If Pizza Hut fires the employee who legally defended himself during the robbery attempt on Sep 28th in N.C. I will NEVER eat there again. Neither will my family or friends who have concealed pistol licenses. If that young man had not had his gun, he and the other employee's would probably be dead now. Oh, I UNDERSTAND PIZZA HUT EXECS. You can always hire more employees. So what if a few get robbed and killed. Plenty more where they came from, right!!! Dont do a delivery order from Pizza Hut on Snell Ave in San Jose,California. It does not deserve the rating of 1 star at all..It was the worst pizza I had ever eaten.A BIG FAT ZERO!!!!! I ordered a Sausage,Mushroom and Black Olive Pizza with White Garlic sauce instead of the traditional tomato sauce.I assumed cheese would be included. If it wasnt, they should have asked if I wanted cheese. There wasnt a shred of cheese on the thing at all. Seriously,no cheese?? Uh hello!!! Usually sauce and cheese are basic staple and then you add toppings. The pizza didnt even have sauce up to the 1 inch border of it..There was 3 inches of plain crust all the way around it and it was burned. Big waste of my time and money.Even though it was a $12 deal, youd think theyd put sauce and toppings all over the thing.let alone some cheese would have been nice. It was a hard burned pizza crust with less than 1/2 cup of sausage strewn around. The mushrooms didnt look like they were fresh either. They were sma... Read more

If I could give them a negative number, I would. We called and ordered a pizza from the 907 337-2323 number. An hour after ordering, we called back to find out where our pizza was. Evidently they shut their phones off when it is close to their closing time. We waited until 130 am then finally went to bed WITH NEVER HAVING RECEIVED OUR ORDER OR A PHONE CALL. I called the next night and the same person we gave our order to answered the phone and "played dumb", claiming he was going to notify the manager and have them call us. It is now 10 pm the next night and still no call from that store. I contacted the main Pizza Hut headquarters and told them (online) what happened, there was a place on the form where I put my phone number, and the MAIN HQ NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL US BACK. This is absolutely the worst customer service from any restaurant I have ever had. Pizza Hut, YOU SUCK.

The service and the food was fine. But the price for drinks is out of control. We are a family of 4 and with all of us having a soft drink the bill for drinks alone was $ 9.45. I almost flipped. It is the same price as a large pizza. If I would have looked we would have just had water. They say they cut the prices for pizza but they jacked up the price of drinks so beware.

Pizza Hut treats their employees terrible! They offier us nothing, absolutly NOTHING! BAD, BAD, BAD place to work! You have to work every holiday that thier open on, with no holiday pay! They expect you to sweat blood, but only pay you minimum wage! Dont ever expect a raise, know matter how good of an employee you are because you'll never get above minimum wage! General manager only cares about what number the labor is. Several of our customers will only order food when I am cooking because the other emplyees are soooo unhappy that they no longer care. You get your weekday hours cut if labor is poor, but they schedual you to work EVERY WEEKEND so the managers little pets can have almost every weekend off! Seems that once upon a time, the Pizza Hut buffet was pretty good. I haven't dined in again in years, but have frequently ordered for home deliver. Each and every time I have done that in the past four or five years, I tell myself NEVER AGAIN! Yet inevitably I weaken, and look for 'something different' and order for home delivery. Last night was the absolutely LAST TIME EVER IN MY LIFE! First of all, the delivery took about an hour and 15 minutes, and of course things were not fresh and hot when they got here. But I was starved and so that didn't matter a whole lot....I dug in. I managed to eat three slices of pizza and for every hour of the night, I regretted every one. After sleeping about two hours, I woke suddenly with a mouthful of bile....how gross! That continued for a few hours, until my body finally got rid of this food in violent episodes of bathroom visits. This morning when I woke, I felt shaky and nauseated and like I had eaten spoonfuls of salt. How UTTERLY DIS... Read more

The Pizza Hut in Macomb, IL has horrible service. We have went there a few times each time hoping it would be better, but no. Even after a management change it was still the same old, same old. If you order a pizza and have it delivered and picked up, it's much better than the pizza on the buffet too. Some of the issues we've had at this Pizza Hut have been: Waitress not putting in the order for our pizza to the kitchen and then coming out to tell us when we've been setting there for 30 minutes waiting then having to wait another 30 minutes for our pizza. Ordering drinks and then our waitress disappearing and having to wait forever to get our drinks and place our order. Service is generally very slow and often the waitress never comes back to refill drinks and we don't see her again after our order is delivered until she delivers the check. Problems with the buffet: The pizza on it is usually dry and old, crust tastes like cardboard (as I said before, when you order a pizza... Read more

Lets face it, we all know what to expect from Pizza Hut at this point. Those people saying it is greasy pizza, well no duh. This isn't specialty pizza, this is a chain. In all honesty their pizza is much better than the other chains. Papa John's is the next best. Those complaining about service, not duh its bad. They hire people at minimum wage, never give them raises, and honestly no incentive. You should expect this as well. It's not like you are going to a five star restaurant. So to sum it up, stop complaining about this when you should have known what to expect in the first place. If you don't like that idea, order from somewhere else where they will charge you an arm and a leg. Did you really expect your $10 pizza to be top quality? Seriously?

I had ordered the $10 deal and they suck! I ordered in Tacoma Washington. 14923 Pacific Ave. S Tacoma, Wa. We ordered the hawaiianpizza and asked for extra sauce and it was for delivery. First, the pizza was cold and then they didn't even put very much sauce on it at all! This is probably the third time we have ordered pizza from them. And it is going to be our last! They really don't listen, obviously. And they don't care what the customer wants. I would recommend anyone not to go there. You will be very disappointed! Donna Coker Spanaway, Wa.

Pizza Hut $10 Deal Sucks I tried the $10 deal at 10702 Jefferson Blvd, Culver City CA 90230. I've gotten plenty of pizzas there in the past. I ordered 1/2 pepperoni, mushroom and onion and 1/2 sausage, tomato and green pepper (on the thick Pan style crust) for pick up. I took it on good faith that it would be like those I remembered with plenty of toppings, sauce and cheese. Instead I was very disappointed and angry. There was hardly any sauce with only a few of the toppings sprinkled on. I really did have a hard time finding some of them. It was more like "pizza bread." There were no more than 6 thin slices of pepperoni for the whole half. The same was true for the other toppings. It reminded me of when I got the Domino's $5 one-topping pizza a few months back before they started running all their commercials to tell us how bad they were and that they were changing (mine was terrible, tasteless and like cardboard). I haven't gone back since. I'm going to go back to Papa John's where... Read more

Pizza Hut in Eldersburg, Maryland receives 0 stars. Pizza Hut's recipe used to be my favorite pizza but years ago it seemed like they changed their recipe and the quality took a nose dive. I decided to give them another chance since the $10 for any pizza deal seemed pretty good. Wow was I wrong. The quality has gotten even worse. I ordered a large supreme pan pizza and it was no better than a frozen pizza I could have gotten from the grocery store for at least half the cost. I know it's all about opinions, but I just think a restaurant should have better than cardboard pizza.
