I've been skating an Almost Haslam Impact Support Deck for about 4 months now and the pop is still really really good after doing many "sloppy ollies". Great concave and pretty easy to flip for kickflips and heelflips with practice. The one thing to watch out for is all those tail drags, no complys and shuvits because as with anyboard, the tail will scratch out. Overall, I'm luvin Almosts!

these decks crack so easily!!! My friend aired off his mini ramp thats a bout 3 1/2 feet and it chipped a little on the nose. The it started chipping like crazy after that!! we went to a skatepark and there was a idk a 3ft drop and we were kickflipping it. His board nose dived and half of the nose just chipped off and he only had it for a couple weeks. I would not recommend these decks

Great pop for the first month but then the pop starts to fade. good concave and great flip. I have the mullen impact. The only real downside is the board hurts like crap when it hits your shin.

I tried out just the basic resin 7 from almost. The board had great pop and the resin glue kept the board stiff for a long time. It lasted me a long time but beware because once it starts chipping, its over.

I had my almost for roughly 2 months..Mine was a defect(The back bolt holes were crooked) but was still the most amazing deck ive ever had. I learned my Tre's on it and they came so easily. Great pop, Amazing shapes and so light, its not even funny! I recommend Almost to ALL my friends who ask me!!

have a great long lasting pop. woods a bit softer so it doesnt crack and chip much, but they do wear down a bit faster

The Almost decks with impact support are too great. They hold up, prevent the retched stress cracks that you get on most boards and actually retain their shape for a few weeks. Plus they've got DVS Footwear killer Daewon Song and fellow DVS Shoes rider Torey Pudwill. Give them a shot, its worth it.   http://www.utilityboardsupply.com/get_list_100 .htm

I recently picked up the haslam impact deck (well 1 month ago) and its so light and poppy and sticks to your feet when your going for that 360 over the 9. Recommended.

my almost board is a very good board. i'd recommend it to about any one. i have the new resin-7 board that's made with epoxy instead of glue which makes it lighter and stronger than a normal board made with just glue and 7 plyes of wood. they also make an 8 ply with epoxy which has lasted my friend for freaking ever. he's actually tried to break it at one point and that didn't work (ollie down a ten stair and rode off the roof of his house)

Almost decks arn't as bad as I thought they would be. My almost( Tuff Times series) is holding up not that badly compared to some other decks I've had.  It has nice pop and, even though it looks chunky, is really light.  The only problem I have with this deck is that the plys seem really soft and every time you bail, if the boards nose or tail slams the ground first its like you know that thats gonna take a chunk out. I wouldnt recommend almost boards to anyone that is into skating big sets, handrails or ledges unless you dont care if you start seeing huge chunks coming off one by one.
